Mold characteristics:

1.We produce needle valve mold, do not need manual cutting mouth.
 

2.With the hot runner system, the possibility of the bottle embryo producing AA value is minimized.
 

3.Reasonable cooling channel design strengthens the cooling effect of the mold and shortens the injection cycle  effectively.

Selection of materials:
1.The main part of mold is S136 material for core and cavity.

2.The mold frame material, using imported P20 material, electroplating treatment, improve the corrosion resistance of the mold, prolong the service life of the mold.

 

3.The heat treatment of the parts is processed by vacuum furnace imported from Germany. The hardness of the parts is HRC45°-48°.

The company has introduced a number of imported machine tools from the United States and Japan, such as machining centers, CNC lathes, EDM, etc., to strengthen the machining accuracy of parts, so that the parts have good interchangeability, product eccentric value ≤0.10mm(blank tube length within 100), weight error less than 0.3g, a minute out of 2-5 molds, life up to 2 million mold times.
